My dad, Don, and mom , Dona... and me!
Show Business has been in my blood from the very beginning. My Mother was choreographer Dona Massin. She choreographed the film The Wizard Of Oz and worked with every famous person you can imagine on the big musicals at MGM, including Fred Astaire, Eleanor Powell, Ann Miller, Gene Kelly and the Nicholas Brothers.
At about 9 years old I started my show biz career with dance recitals. I took
everything from tap and ballet to acrobatics. By the age of 11, I was modeling
for dress shops and then at 13, I started to do print work for Teen Magazine and
newspaper ads.

At 14, I was dancing on the Wink Martindale show and
this lasted for 2 years. I then concentrated on acting and was studying at the
Desliu Studio's. I was involved with theater, TV, film and voice
-overs.
After many years of being out of the business, I met
Shell Reinish who was doing a cable show in the San Fernando Valley. He wanted
to interview my Mother, but she was not well, so, I did the interview for her.
This brought me to be on The Eclectic Mind and have been doing it weekly for 8
years. It is a wacky show, where call-ins are invited to participate. We also
get guests from all walks of life.
After eight years with The Eclectic Mind, I
decided to also do a show of my own and this is, Jodie, LA. This airs on the
Westside, and the Los Angeles area. I try and find interesting guests of all
sorts, from entertainers, writers, psychologists, porn stars, you name it. If I
think the topic is of interest, I welcome the guest.
Doing these shows is a
great experience for me, it keeps my creative juices up and my foot in a bit of
show biz.
My life is spent in Malibu, with my pets. I love all
theater, films, anything that has to do with the entertainment
field.
